These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luxtronics website and mobile experience (the "Site") and your purchase of any product listed on it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order on the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during registration or checkout (name, address, phone number, email) is accurate, current, and complete, and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout. The exact tax breakdown for a given order is shown at checkout and on your order invoice.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, their images, specifications and pricing accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device's display, and specifications for supplier-sourced products are provided by the manufacturer/supplier and are not independently verified beyond our internal review before publishing.

Product availability and stock levels change continuously. Placing an order does not guarantee availability — if an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel affected orders with a full refund where a genuine pricing error has occurred.

Placing an order is an offer by you to purchase the listed product(s) at the listed price. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation with an order number; this does not by itself guarantee shipment if the product later turns out to be unavailable, miscategorised, or affected by a pricing error, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Every order carries a unique reference used to prevent the same checkout submission from being processed twice, including on a page reload or network retry — you will never be charged more than once for a single confirmed order.

Payment method: at present, orders on the Site are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. Any other payment method shown as "coming soon" is not yet active and cannot be selected at checkout.

You may request cancellation of an order at any time before it has been shipped, free of charge, from your account's order page or by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is instead handled under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

All content on the Site — including the Luxtronics name and logo, text, graphics, layout, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Site to browse and purchase products.

Product images, brand names and trademarks belonging to third-party manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the products offered for sale.

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its underlying systems, or another user's account; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (including through automated scraping or excessive request volume); or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order, payment, or account information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luxtronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or a product purchased through it, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which apply in addition to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including the option to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission), any dispute arising out of these Terms or an order shall first be raised with us through the grievance process described in our Grievance Redressal Policy, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our registered place of business.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
